e.g. Students should be allowed to use their mobile phones in class.

Students should be allowed to use their mobile phones in class. The world has changed and it is time to let us use phones to learn. There are two
main reasons why this is a sensible idea.

Firstly, mobile phones have changed a lot. In the past, they were for calling or texting. Now, you can use them as dictionaries or to surf the Internet. I don’t know a lot of words in English lessons. If I could use my phone, I would find their meaning easily. I could also keep notes and take pictures
of notes on the blackboard.

Secondly, we will use our mobile phones more than books in the future.
For example, many people read stories, comics or the news on their iPads. We must learn to use new technology.

Thirdly, every student has a mobile phone. The teachers know this. Teachers should not treat us like children. Let us be like normal people.

Some people argue that students waste time using their phones. However,
if a teacher can control a class, no student will use their phone wrongly.

In conclusion, phones can help us learn. Let students use them in classes.
